Credit and Debit Cards
We accept all the major UK credit and debit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Delta, MasterCard, Maestro and Solo.
Your credit card will be securely processed through our merchant account with the Bank of Scotland, via the Internet payment gateway ProTX.
Toolspot.co.uk does not store any details of your credit or debit card. Please see our security information for details on how Toolspot.co.uk, ProTX and Bank of Scotland protect your information.
Cheques
Please do not send cheques without first contacting us. Our preferred payment method is by credit or debit card, but we can accept payment by cheque if this is the only payment option available to you. Please call our customer service team on 0800 310 2852 and ask to pay by cheque.
Please note that we cannot dispatch your order we have processed your cheque and it has cleared in our account, which could take up to 10 working days.
Purchase Orders
Unfortunately, we cannot dispatch any goods until we have received payment. We are happy to provide you with a proforma invoice for you to arrange payment. Please call our customer service team on 0800 310 2852 and ask for a proforma invoice.
